1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by Equinox Traders (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, Discord community, mentorship programs, live trading sessions, educational material, and digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Educational Purpose Only — Not Financial Advice

All information provided by Equinox Traders is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not financial advisors, brokers, or investment advisors.

Nothing within our:

  • Discord

  • Live trading sessions

  • Alerts

  • Trade ideas

  • Chart breakdowns

  • Mentorship calls

  • Courses or videos

shall be considered financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for any trades you take and any financial decisions you make.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves substantial risk.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

  • You may lose money trading

  • Most traders lose money

  • We do not guarantee profits, funded accounts, payouts, or consistency

Any income examples, payout screenshots, or testimonials are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not typical results.

Your results depend entirely on your:

  • experience

  • discipline

  • psychology

  • capital

  • risk management

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own trades

  • You will not blindly copy trades

  • You will manage your own risk

  • You understand trading leveraged instruments (options, futures, crypto, forex) carries high risk

Equinox Traders is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or trading losses you incur.

5. Discord Community Conduct

Access to our Discord is a privilege, not a right.

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass members

  • Spam or self-promote

  • Share pirated material

  • Share login access

  • Resell our content

  • Record or redistribute mentorship calls

  • Copy course material

  • Impersonate staff

  • Disrupt live trading sessions

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Memberships, Billing & Payments

By purchasing access:

  • You agree to all pricing and billing terms at checkout

  • Subscription memberships automatically renew unless canceled

  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal

Failure to cancel before renewal will not qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary educational material:

All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations after purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your access will be permanently revoked

  • You may be banned from all future services

  • We reserve the right to pursue collection and legal remedies

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Equinox Traders is proprietary and protected by copyright law.

This includes:

  • Course material

  • Videos

  • Charts

  • PDFs

  • Strategies

  • Lessons

  • Mentorship recordings

  • Trade breakdowns

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any material without written permission.

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including:

  • Rule violations

  • Abuse toward staff or members

  • Payment disputes

  • Fraudulent behavior

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to:

  • Discord

  • Live streams

  • Alerts

  • Website content

Services may be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance

  • internet outages

  • third-party platform failures (Discord, TradingView, broker feeds)

We are not liable for missed trades or missed alerts.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equinox Traders shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Missed opportunities

  • Loss of profits

  • Emotional distress

  • Account failures

  • Prop firm rule violations

  • Denied payouts

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States.
